Marian Koinonia VIII was yet another successful retreat! Over the weekend of March 23-25, around 50 college students and 5 staff members all headed down to Waycross Camp and Conference Center. The weekend was filled with laughs, dancing, singing, and healing. New friends were made and lifelong connections were formed. The retreatants enjoyed delicious homemade meals all weekend, and got to experience sleeping in a cabin for two nights. This particular weekend, Waycross received several inches of snow. This didn’t put a damper on the fun, though! During breaks, students enjoyed having snowball fights and hiking the beautiful trails in the snow.
